Approved Code of Practice
This Code gives practical advice on how to comply with the law. Appendix 4 of the Approved Code of Practice sets out the criteria for assessing the Competence of Duty Holders under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007. In Clause 26 of the ACoP it states that clients must appoint a competent CDM Co-ordinator.
